What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and optimize material kitting workflows to ensure accurate, efficient transfer of materials from the central warehouse to manufacturing nodes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align kitting and transfer processes with manufacturing schedules and requirements while accounting for storage space within the manufacturing nodes JIT warehouses.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for kitting and transfer activities.
- Support Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities for new or modified warehouse processes, equipment, and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments, warehouse kitting, material transfer, and outbound logistics.
- Familiarity with CQV processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in SAP/EWM and familiarity with MES systems.
- Extensive experience in supervising or designing logistics operations, specifically the flow of materials through multiple process steps.
