Logistics Relationship Associate
A Logistics Relationship Associate builds a foundation of knowledge in logistics and sales throughout their career at Hometown. Our in-depth operational training program is structured to provide entry-level individuals the tools needed to fortify a skillset in the industry. Logistics Relationship Associates dedicate their day to building a portfolio of clients requiring assistance from our exemplary freight brokerage services. With support from our training team members, LRAs develop and support customers with freight solutions tailored to their needs. Job Requirements/Daily Responsibilities
Pay Type: $40,000 Annually Monthly Commissions
Annual Salary Commission, most team members are making $65,000 by the end of their first year and $100,000 by the end of their second year.
