With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.
What You'll Do
- Develop clear, detailed current state and future state process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Assist in drafting and updating SOPs, work instructions, and procedural documentation.
- Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables for new system or process initiatives.
- Work closely with a senior Business Analyst or Project Lead to ensure alignment and consistency across documentation.
- Assist with preparing presentations, summaries, and process-related materials for stakeholders.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Familiarity with SOP creation or documentation in structured environments.
- Ability to translate business operations into clear, visual process flows.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or regulated industries is helpful but not required.
