What You’ll Do
- Develop and negotiate subcontract agreements for EPCm service providers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, risk management, and legal standards.
- Manage claims, disputes, and change orders effectively.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Extensive experience in contract management for EPCm projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction law and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
