What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP, Business Process Optimization (BPO) position at QCR Holdings, Inc.?
QCR Holdings is looking to add a VP, Business Process Optimization to our team. The role of VP, Business Process Optimization (BPO), will report directly to the SVP, Automation Center of Excellence, and be responsible for leading a team of process optimization experts who focus on Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and utilize various disciplines to drive the benefits of cost reduction, improved efficiency, enhanced quality and consistency, and increased competitive advantage. This role would be responsible for developing and executing on the business process optimization strategy, vision and priorities designed to support the company's business and digital transformation initiatives. By bridging operational siloes, the BPO team helps to transform the employee and client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 15 years process optimization experience, with 8 years supervisory experience within the process optimization discipline
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications necessary
- Banking or financial institution experience is preferred
- Project Management experience is preferred
QCR Holdings, Inc. is a relationship-driven organization and a multi-bank company, which services the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo/Cedar Valley, Des Moines/Ankeny, and Springfield, Missouri communities through its wholly owned subsidiary banks, and also engages in commercial leasing through its wholly owned subsidiary, m2 Equipment Finance, LLC based in Milwaukee, WI. Preferred Location would be Cedar Rapids or Iowa based.
