QCR Holdings is looking for an AVP, Enterprise Risk Management to join our Risk Management team! The Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) champions the Company's ERM Framework and ERM Program. The role is well-positioned to make a meaningful impact as the Company approaches $10B in consolidated assets. Ideal candidates will have 10 years experiencing implementing and operating Risk Management programs in the Banking. industry. BS in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Experience implementing and administering GRC software strongly preferred.
