What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Markets Lead-Cedar Rapids position at QCR Holdings, Inc.?
QCR Holdings is looking to add a Capital Markets Lead to their team. The Capital Markets Lead is responsible for compiling required data for the Specialty Finance Group (SFG) loan portfolio sales. Facilitates the portfolio sales and loan securitizations and manages on-going relationships with third-party investors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare loans for securitization, including managing loan and derivative amendment requirements with various interested parties such as borrowers, attorneys and derivative counterparties.
- Contribute to the completion of Loan Data Tapes prepared for potential loan buyers or investors.
- Assist with third party validation of Loan Data Tapes.
- Coordinate and facilitate investor due diligence for loan portfolio sales, including obtaining and providing required due diligence information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of credit analysis and commercial portfolio underwriting and management experience.
