We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join ourBusiness Architecture& Tech Team to define product requirements and translate business needs intoplatformscope for a focused business area. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position on a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to overall business strategy and product vision. This role owns product strategy, pipeline, and defines the roadmap. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter and organized thinker with experience in leading full-cycle product development.This position reports to the Director of Business Architecture, or another memberof senior management that the President of the Company maydesignate.
This position will be based out of San Francisco office or remote.
Responsibilities
As a technology organization, Qcells expects team members to leverage AI models and AI-assisted tools in their daily workflows where appropriate. Candidates should be comfortable working in an AI-augmented environment and applying sound judgment when using AI-generated outputs.
During the interview process, candidates will be asked to share examples of how they have used AI tools or models in their work.

Responsibilities
- Lead theproduct lifecyclefromdiscoveryto launchwhile partnering with the business and engineering teamsto deploy new products and features.
- Partner with business leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other functional areas to understand strategic priorities,growthinitiatives, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate withbusinessstakeholders to define product requirementsand act as businessarchitect;transpose therequirementsinto user stories. Conduct UAT as the business stakeholder for developed features.
- Work with business leaders to develop roadmaps for technical executionwithin your domainwhileutilizingAgile best practices
- Develop a deep understanding ofthe customerexperience at a tactical and transactional level. Become the SME for your product domain withbusinessleaders and stakeholders.
- Ensure product documentation is current and accessible to stakeholders.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant Product Management, Product Owner, BusinessAnalystor similar role in a FinTech environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business analytical skills with the capability of identifying, analyzing, and synthesizingproduct use data.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong creative problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset anddemonstratedability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in the solar or clean energy industry
- Familiarity with residential solar selling tools like Aurora, Solo, etc.
- 5 years in relevant Product Management experience
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
