Hanwha Qcells Georgia, a leading solar manufacturing company headquartered in Cartersville, Georgia, is dedicated to creating a sustainable future through clean energy solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior SAP SCM (Manufacturing Supply Chain) Analyst to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. This role will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within a SAP environment. The position requires strong expertise in SAP systems, SCM best practices, and process optimization.

This is a direct hire position. C2C and 1099 candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis for SCM functions.
• Design, implement, and enhance SAP solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure SAP performance and compliance.
• Develop advanced automation and data processing solutions using Python, SQL, or other tools.
• Guide cross-functional teams in improving SAP-SCM integration and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and SOPs.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior consultants and end users.
• Drive process innovation and SAP best practices aligned with industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in SAP and SCM consulting or relevant roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of implementing SAP solutions and driving process improvements.
• Ability to work independently and guide teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
