As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedJunior SAP SCM (Manufacturing Supply Chain) Analystto join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. This entry-level position will support the analysis, optimization, and implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within a SAP environment. The role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in business process consulting, system integration, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a direct hire position. C2C and 1099 candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding SCM processes to drive process innovation.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Participate in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure SAP functionality aligns with business needs.
• Utilize programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate tasks and enhance data processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and integration of SAP and SCM processes.
• Document system processes, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide training and user support to ensure effective adoption of SAP system enhancements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SAP, SCM, and process innovation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in process improvement.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP and SCM-related technologies.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
