Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding SCM processes to drive process innovation.
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure SAP functionality aligns with business needs.
- Utilize programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate tasks and enhance data processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and integration of SAP and SCM processes.
- Document system processes, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide training and user support to ensure effective adoption of SAP system enhancements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SAP, SCM, and process innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in process improvement.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP and SCM-related technologies.
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
