Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Inspect, test, and adjust machine components to maintain performance
- Support production teams during equipment issues or process troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment maintenance
- Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Technical training or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, or electrical fields
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with PLC systems, robotics, or automated equipment
- Cleanroom or high-precision manufacturing experience
- Bilingual (Spanish or Korean) is a plus
- Manufacturing facility with automated equipment and machinery
- Required use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe footwear
- Shift work may include nights, weekends, and holidays depending on production needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
