Day-to-Day Work
- Travel to customer locations for vehicle lockout calls
- Use appropriate locksmith equipment to unlock vehicles
- Verify the service details before beginning work
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Update assignment status using a smartphone
- Complete service documentation after each call
