Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our team. This role entails operating and maintaining laser cutting equipment, raw material handling, and e-commerce order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently with minimal supervision, and is eager to grow with the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career inside a scaling company with exposure to operations, sales, marketing, e-commerce, product design, engineering, 3D scanning, and CAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machinery to accurately produce products to quality standards
- Prepare, load, and convert raw materials into finished components
- Monitor production runs, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and ensure uptime
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Package, label, and organize completed orders for fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory of materials and production supplies
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep workspace clean and safe
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Support additional operational needs as the company grows

Qualifications

- Ability to lift materials/products as needed and stand for extended periods
- Prior manufacturing, production, laser machine, CNC, or operations experience preferred but not required
- Interest in technology, design, or entrepreneurship is a plus
