Job Summary: Medical Assistants are medical personnel who execute administrative and clinical tasks, provide exceptional patient care, assist clinicians by taking and recording patient history and important information, scheduling appointments, and performing clinical activities within a fast-paced regenerative medicine practice.
The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting providers, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and delivering an outstanding patient experience throughout the treatment journey. This position works collaboratively with providers and clinic staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care across assigned Colorado clinic locations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize medical knowledge to take blood samples from patients.
- Prepare treatment and testing rooms with the proper tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Walk patients through clinical procedures, including blood draws and regenerative medicine treatment processes.
- Lebel samples and prepare specimens for further analysis.
- Ensure the delivery of timelines, cleanliness, professionalism, and exceptional patient care to each patient.
- Manage the support line and assist with patient communication and follow-up activities as needed.
- Manage patient flow to support efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and clinical supplies.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Medical Assistants as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) requirements and assigned training activities.
- Support the continuous improvement of Medical Assistant processes, training, and clinical workflows.
- Collaborate effectively with providers, clinical leadership, and team members to support overall clinic performance.
- Uphold QC Kinetix standards for professionalsm, patient care, confidentiality, and customer service.
