Position Overview
QC Capital is seeking a high-performance RIA Recruiter to drive strategic talent acquisition
initiatives within the financial advisory sector. This role is designed for a results-oriented
professional with deep domain expertise in recruiting Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)
and financial advisory firms. The ideal candidate will operate as a key revenue generator,
sourcing and placing top-tier advisory talent while expanding QC Capital’s footprint across the
financial services ecosystem.
This position requires a proactive, consultative approach to recruiting, with a strong emphasis
on relationship-building, pipeline development, and closing high-value placements.
Key Responsibilities
● Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution:
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and
closing candidates within the RIA and financial advisory space.
● Industry Specialization:
Develop and maintain deep expertise in the financial advisory landscape, including
RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and wealth management firms.
● Business Development Alignment:
Partner cross-functionally to identify hiring needs within financial advisory firms and
align recruiting strategies with broader organizational growth objectives.
● Pipeline Development:
Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-caliber financial advisors and advisory
teams through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping.
● Client & Candidate Relationship Management:
Establish trusted advisor relationships with both candidates and client firms, delivering a
high-touch, consultative recruiting experience.
● Market Intelligence:
Maintain real-time awareness of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and
competitor activity to inform recruiting strategies.
● Performance Optimization:
Operate in a metrics-driven environment with a strong focus on placement volume,
revenue generation, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
● 2 years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for financial services or RIA
recruiting
● Demonstrated success in a commission-based or performance-driven environment
● Deep understanding of the financial advisory industry, including advisor compensation
models, firm structures, and transition dynamics
● Strong business development and negotiation skills
● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
● Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality
