QC Capital is hiring an Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations to raise capital, build investor relationships, and drive firm growth. If you have already proven you can bring in capital—or know you can—this is a platform with real upside and no ceiling.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Raising capital from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors
- Building and owning your investor pipeline from outreach to close
- Driving investor meetings, calls, and follow-ups with urgency and precision
- Positioning QC Capital’s offerings with confidence and conviction
- Maintaining consistent communication with active and prospective investors
- Collaborating directly with senior leadership on capital formation strategy
- Tracking pipeline activity and investor engagement in CRM systems

- Proven performers in real estate private equity, syndication, or alternative investments

Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years in investor relations, capital raising, or client-facing roles within real estate private equity
- Demonstrated exposure to raising or directly influencing capital commitments
- Strong understanding of private placement offerings and real estate investment fundamentals
- Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills
- High level of personal drive, discipline, and ownership
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: $45,000
- Incentives: Uncapped, performance-based compensation.
- Top producers will significantly out-earn base salary
