- Location: Madison, WI; 10 Terrace Court, 3rd Floor, Madison WI 53718
- Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 3 plus days a week.
- The salary range for this role is between $96,000-$144,000
- Implement practices and processes to ensure workplace hazards are managed, reporting is encouraged and that WC claims are effectively managed taking into consideration the needs of the worker and the organization.
- Keep abreast of developments in relevant professional associations and legislative requirements.
- Manage processes to ensure legislative requirements are met and that organizational frameworks and procedures regarding claims are best practice.
- Develop strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including treatment providers.
- Utilize knowledge and skills in return to work (RTW) and injury management to drive optimal RTW outcomes.
- Manage treatment approval, monitor progress, and ensure successful return to work of injured staff.
- Communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders on matters relating to injury management and return to work.
- Ensure effective case management of employees in return-to-work programs and manage all claims appropriately.
- Capture and report claims data on a monthly basis aligned with the business plan.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience with WC, OSHA, and workplace safety
- Experience in case management roles.
