Warranty Claims Processing Manager
West Palm Beach, FL – On-site Only
Base Salary: $65,000 Bonus Opportunities
QB Business Solutions is seeking a Warranty Claims Processing Manager to support and lead our internal team of Warranty Administrators. This is not just a leadership role — it's an opportunity to drive real impact, help dealerships maximize revenue, and grow one of the most essential departments within our company.
Job Functions:
- Serve as the primary support resource for our team of Warranty Admins
- Resolve complex claim issues, escalations, and OEM-related discrepancies
· Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate schedule and adjust the schedules on differences.
· Identify areas for process improvement and ensure SOPs are followed
- Help onboard new dealership clients and lead initial claim setup
- Partner with leadership to expand the department and bring in new business
- Maintain quality control metrics (submission timelines, claim accuracy, etc.)
· Maintain knowledge on various warrant programs such as factories recalls, bulletins, and announcements by active participation in education programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- You have automotive warranty experience or related experience in a field with similar responsibilities (claims processing, reconciliations, customer/vendor support, etc.)
- Comfortable handling reconciliation and working within DMS systems
- Detail-oriented, yet strategic — you see both the process and the big picture
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Passionate about helping others succeed — your team and your clients
· Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in person.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
