Aerospace Composite Bonder, Associate Position Accountabilities 

• Perform a variety of duties of a training nature in assigned bonding area. 
• Under instruction of a higher classified bonder or supervisor, perform a variety of bonding duties to acquire sufficient skill in order to qualify for the Bonder Sr. classification.
• Keep own work area clean and orderly. 
• Refer any problems to higher classification Bonder or Supervisor. 
• Program shop floor programmable equipment when necessary. 
• Fabricate shop aids such as stops, guides, feeding aides and blocks to facilitate machining. 
• Load part program and check against programming sheet before actual machine operation. 
• Recognize improper functioning of machines and take proper corrective action. 
• Must be able to use a variety of measuring equipment (micrometers, scales, calipers, height gauges, thickness gauges, etc.) to check own work and to perform audit and final inspection functions. 
• Make daily maintenance check of machines and accessories. 
• Maintain all required records. 
• Refer unusual problems to lead or supervisor. 
• Train and assist other employees as needed. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requisites

• Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident per ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) guidelines.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or a foreign person per ITAR.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 to 2 years of experience. 
• Training and mentorship guidance. 
• Starting pay is $20 an hour.
• Schedule: 
• 100% onsite role.
