Overnight Janitor/Maintenance

QA Maintenance is a rapidly growing janitorial/facility maintenance company looking to fulfill multiple overnight openings for custodial work. We are currently hiring for full time positions with opportunity for advancement within the company. We provide cleaning services to multiple buildings such as warehouses, car dealerships, offices, etc. This position is for immediate hire.

We are looking for highly driven individuals who possess a passion for cleaning and an eye for detail. Our perfect candidates will be team players who are able to follow instruction and meet the needs and expectations our company has set in place.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in custodian work
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
