The Role
We're looking for an experienced Leadership & Business Learning Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them solve complex organisational and leadership challenges through innovative learning solutions.
This is a highly strategic role combining consultancy, solution design, executive facilitation, thought leadership and commercial influence. You'll work with senior stakeholders to shape leadership capability strategies, design impactful development programmes and support organisations navigating transformation, AI adoption and future workforce challenges.

What You'll Do
- Consult with organisations to diagnose leadership and capability challenges.
- Design and deliver impactful leadership programmes, academies, workshops and coaching interventions.
- Influence the development of QA's leadership and professional skills portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Support bids, proposals and solution design activities that contribute to business growth.
- Act as a recognised thought leader across leadership, organisational effectiveness and future skills.
- Mentor learning specialists and contribute to capability development across the wider team.
- Drive innovation in leadership development, behavioural science and AI-enabled learning.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in leadership development, organisational effectiveness or learning consultancy.
- Expertise in designing and delivering leadership solutions for senior and executive audiences.
- Strong consultancy, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning learning solutions to business outcomes.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting client growth opportunities.
- A passion for leadership, organisational transformation and emerging trends such as AI.
- ILM Level 7, Chartered CIPD or equivalent.
- Executive coaching accreditation (EMCC or ICF).
- Psychometric accreditation (e.g. Insights Discovery, DiSC, MBTI).
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
