Job Purpose:
Our passion is creating craveable, memorable dining experiences. The Busser ensures Q39 guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house. This role supports servers by clearing tables, resetting stations, replenishing supplies, and adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols. The Busser plays a critical role in delivering fast and efficient table turnover and reinforcing Q39’s high standards of service.
Key Accountabilities:

Guest Area Cleanliness – Clear and sanitize tables, chairs, and floors promptly; reset tables neatly with proper setups.

Team Support – Assist servers by relaying guest needs and messages; support bartenders with clearing and organization as needed.

Health & Safety – Use gloves and approved sanitizers; always follow sanitation and safety guidelines.

Facility Standards – Conduct hourly restroom checks, maintain a clean parking lot and entryways, and uphold a welcoming exterior.

Side Work & Shift Readiness – Complete assigned side work, prep stations for shift changes, and maintain consistent readiness.

Collaboration & Hospitality – Work with FOH team to create memorable, craveable dining experiences through teamwork and attention to detail.
Requirements:

Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Ability to lift, carry, and transport dishes and equipment.

Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Positive team player who communicates effectively.
