If you’re a strategic finance leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, operations, and executive influence, this is a role where your impact will be visible and measurable.

What’s the Role

As Director of Finance, you are the strategic and operational financial leader for Q Center. You are responsible for safeguarding assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving profitability, and delivering timely, accurate financial reporting that informs executive decision-making.

This role goes beyond accounting oversight. You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with department heads to translate financial insights into operational action. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, payroll, internal controls, capital planning, and long-term financial strategy — ensuring the organization is positioned for sustained performance and growth.

  • Develop and manage property-wide operating budgets, annual budgets, and five-year operating and capital plans
  • Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and funding requirements
  • Compliance, Controls & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including tax obligations, payroll withholdings, and hotel-related taxes
  • Maintain and audit internal controls including purchasing, payroll, inventory, asset management, and cash handling
  • Oversee regulatory licenses, permits, contracts, leases, and insurance renewals
  • Co-lead the annual renewal of Property, Casualty, and FinPro insurance programs
  • Safeguard owner and investor assets through prudent financial governance
  • Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Lead and develop the Finance department, setting clear expectations and performance standards
  • Conduct performance reviews and mentor department managers
  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration to improve workflow and operational efficiency
  • Influence executive leadership through strong financial insight and communication
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
