Back Waters Amp is the next chapter in live entertainment at Q Casino Resort. What started as Back Waters Stage, an outdoor concert experience in a temporary setup, has grown into a permanent, world-class amphitheater. This is a major upgrade and a milestone for our property and our community. As a Bartender at Back Waters Amp, you will be at the center of the action, delivering great drinks and an even better experience to guests who are here to have the time of their lives. This is a schedule-based position with hours determined by event programming, ideal for someone who loves live music, high energy, and connecting with people.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Beverage Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

Provide exceptional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service to guests throughout events at Back Waters Amp, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Setup and break down the bar area before and after each event.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Education, Training And Experience

• No formal education required.
• Bartending experience preferred.
  
  

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

• Able to mix and create alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with bartenders, teammates, and guests.
• Able to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced event setting.
• Dependable and punctual, especially for scheduled event shifts.

Mental And Physical Requirements

• Walking and standing for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive motion movements.
• Reaching, Pushing, Pulling
• Climbing, reaching, stooping, and kneeling as needed
• Lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Frequent verbal communication with guests and team members.
  
  

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

• Outside work
• Loud noise levels.
• Use of CO2 tanks.
• Hours vary based on event scheduling; availability for evenings and weekends required
