- An associate or a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineering or 1-3years equivalent experience

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different computer systems

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Assist with procurement of equipment, parts, supplies as needed
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule
- Analyze data and draw conclusions to make recommendations
- Inform leadership of project status on an ongoing basis
- Track project financials, including creating work orders and validate invoices
- Ensure project documentation is properly reviewed and maintained and made available in a timely manner
- Serve as liaison for projects across internal and external stakeholders
- Help to develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up to date with new processes and procedures
- Completion of Closeout/warranty Documentation to the customer
- Interact with outside customers using outstanding customer service skills and diplomacy
- Filing prelim notices
- Document management
- Scheduling technicians and reviewing labor billed to jobs
- Scheduling inspections
- Submitting drawings for permits
- Running cost to complete meeting
- Assist in billing meeting
- Update/ maintain project log
- Submittal review
- Other ad hoc responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
