Pyramid Heating & Cooling is a small HVAC operation with a primary focus on existing residential home HVAC system replacement and service and has expanded into small commercial markets. We withstood the largest downturn in the economy with no layoffs and increased employee benefits.
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative for our Portland location. The role involves turning customers into clients by functioning as a liaison between the company and its customers, handling customer inquiries, problems, complaints, and other issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch with opportunities for overtime in our busier seasons
Pay Range: $23.50 - $28.50 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, billing, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
