Vice President of Operations

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead strategic initiatives, enhance program development, and ensure operational excellence across our behavioral healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to build and expand programs.
Operational Oversight
- Manage all business functions, including marketing, staffing, and support services.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards are met.
- Oversee resource allocation and budget adherence to optimize efficiency.
Team Development
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring program directors and operational staff.
- Foster a collaborative culture centered on quality care and customer service.
Quality Assurance
- Review clinical protocols, service definitions, and length-of-stay guidelines.
- Support program directors in achieving performance targets and payer mix goals.
- Drive continuous improvements to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of management experience in substance use or mental health services.
- Expertise in clinical program development, supervision, and regulatory compliance.
Salary:
130,000-150,000 Dependent on Education, Experience, and Licensure.
