Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist – 3rd Shift (SUD Treatment)

Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)

Schedule: Part-Time | 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Position Summary

We are on the lookout for reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our dynamic day shift team! In this exciting role, you’ll provide essential support and structure for clients throughout the day, helping to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment while ensuring daily routines and programming run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed
• Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior during the day
• Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs
• Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff
• Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability
• Assist with groups, activities, or medication lines under supervision
• Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or GED

Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or similar setting
