Position: Mental Health Technician Driver
Location:
High Focus Centers – Jenkintown, PA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: 16-18 per hour

High Focus Centers has a long-standing history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. We are an invaluable resource for adults and adolescents struggling with substance use, mental health, and eating disorders.

who want to make a difference in people's lives by supporting our clinical teams and clients in their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Listen to, monitor, and observe clients throughout the day
- Transport clients to and from programming and community outings (e.g., grocery shopping, community service)
- Support the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Lead
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for clients, including providing crisis intervention when needed
- Follow treatment plan objectives and provide feedback to the clinical team
- Communicate with staff verbally and in writing (email, reports)
- Assist with interventions with clients as needed
- Socialize with clients during meals and leisure time to support a positive therapeutic community
- Orient new clients to the program and milieu
- Complete clerical duties as assigned (e.g., stocking supplies, kitchen upkeep, ordering needs for PHP kitchen)
- Participate in required meetings and trainings (company, site, and monthly PSS calls)
- Train new PSS staff on program and site procedures
- Help maintain a strong clinical program and ensure staff presence with clients at all times
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while upholding professional boundaries
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Education & Experience
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients using a company vehicle
