At Pyramid Healthcare Martinsburg Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare has been in operations since 1999 and currently operates over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for supporting facility operations by performing general building maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facility systems and equipment. This role ensures a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for clients, staff, and visitors by performing routine maintenance tasks and responding to facility repair needs.

- Address: 3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Some weekends/evenings on call.
- Hourly Rate: $17/hour - $19/hour
- Maintain safe, secure, and risk-free living and working environments throughout the facility.
- Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs (if qualified), groundskeeping, and light janitorial work.
- Complete semi-skilled and skilled maintenance tasks involving building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Install, repair, and maintain building fixtures such as electrical outlets, lighting, fans, plumbing fixtures, water lines, and drainage systems.
- Paint and decorate interior and exterior facility areas.
- Repair and adjust laundry equipment and other facility machinery.
- Safely operate and use various hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment; may drive a maintenance vehicle as needed.
- Maintain basic records and prepare routine reports on time, materials, and completed work.
- Work independently or under supervision depending on the assignment, and may direct or work with assigned helpers.
- Perform additional maintenance-related duties as required to support facility operations.
- Other duties as assigned
- REQUIRED: valid driver license and able to drive a company vehicle.
- General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
