Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and ensure a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
- Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
- Handle and supervise snow removal and landscaping tasks.
- Respond to off-hours facility emergencies as needed.
- Participate in corporate-level risk management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
- Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, and HVAC Maintenance.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a safe/therapeutic environment.
- Effective time management skills.
