Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, In-Person
Salary - 54,000-56,000 annually.

You’ll be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate eating disorder–focused group therapy, including process, psychoeducation, and skill-building groups within the PHP setting.
- Provide individual and family therapy to help adolescents build healthier relationships with food, body image, and self.
- Conduct Level of Care Assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
- Develop, maintain, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in daily clinical team meetings and coordinate care with dietitians, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and program leadership.
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.
- Support clients through meal support sessions, exposure work, and body image interventions.
- Foster a safe, structured therapeutic environment that encourages engagement, accountability, and meaningful progress.
- Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
- Completion of a clinically focused internship required.
- Experience working with eating disorders or a strong interest in specialized training in this area.
- Experience with adolescent populations required.
- Knowledge of evidence-based modalities for eating disorder treatment (e.g., CBT-E, DBT, FBT, ACT) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced multidisciplinary treatment setting.
