Location: High Focus Centers - Paoli, PA
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts; flexible)
Salary: $54,000 - $55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate evening group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and problem gambling.
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care, treatment needs, and appropriate interventions.
- Provide individual counseling to support client goals and recovery progress.
- Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations to coordinate care and review client progress.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete insurance reviews as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture focused on high-quality, ethical care.
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, with completion of a clinical internship/practicum (required).
- Certification: Certificate of Competency in Problem Gambling preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience providing addiction treatment required; experience with problem gambling populations strongly preferred.
- Four-day workweek with a consistent evening schedule and flexibility.
