Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare. We are excited to announce the opening of our new residential treatment center in Concord, MA, serving adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

We are currently seeking a full-time Cook to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting our clients’ recovery journey through nutritious, well-prepared meals. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone passionate about food service, organization, and making a difference.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, varied shifts (including some weekends and holidays)

Starting Pay: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals in accordance with dietary standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during all food handling processes
• Complete required documentation, including food and equipment temperature logs
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with proper receiving, rotating, and storage of food and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred (training available if needed)
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a commitment to supporting client wellness
