Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday with two evening shifts per week (until approximately 8:15 PM).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for adults and adolescents.
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
- Guide staff in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case reviews.
- Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
- Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to ensure program flow and continuity of care.
- Support the Executive Director with program development, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.
- Perform clinical documentation reviews, including regular chart audits.
- Respond to client crises and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
- Ensure all programming meets licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.
