What are we looking for?
- Greet and welcome all employees entering the workspaces within the Paramount offices, making a hospitality presence known throughout the building
- Create relationships with employees in the workspaces aligned to you, learning about their in-office needs and being able to anticipate them
- Use reservation tools to ensure that employees have the proper spaces reserved, ensuring they have productive time while on-site
- Work with employees to plan their on-site meetings, resulting in flawless execution, and the maximum utilization of proper room sizes, including catering, audio visual, etc.
- Be the eyes and ears of the building, ensuring that if things are not as they should be, we input tickets appropriately and detailed to have quick resolutions before a client would see them
- Be the first line of troubleshooting for conference room equipment, being able to quickly resolve and result in meeting timeliness
- Provide responsive, “on demand” services to clients and employees
- Become the hospitality hub for your aligned workspaces, between facilities, AV, IT, F&B, janitorial, etc. resulting in clean, usable, and reservable spaces
- Work closely with management to understand the vision of the product (Hospitality@WORK), assist with project as needed, and provide support to the entire team
