What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Your Role
- Ensures workstation has a proper level of par for daily menus
- Season food according to recipes and Client needs
- Operates various kitchen appliances such as a food processor, blender, oven, grill and stand mixer
- Manages portions, arranges, and garnishes food
- Performs banquet and kitchen line functions such as sautéing, grilling, preparing sauces, plating and more
- Understands and complies with all sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Reads, understands, and uses BEOs to create prep lists and then execute accordingly.
- Sets up and breaks down station including cleaning of equipment and proper storage and labeling of unused products
