The award-winning, 480-acre Saddlebrook Resort has made a name for itself as a premier meeting and vacation destination, as well as one of the nation’s preeminent athletic training facilities. Purposely planned as a car-free Walking Village, the resort setting allows guests to easily walk everywhere, surrounded by lagoons and cypress trees. Your Role As a Breakfast Cook
- Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Responsible for the quality of ingredients
- Learn how to minimize food waster through cross utilization
- Work with a world class culinary team
- Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it
- Must be flexible in availability and work early mornings, weekends, Holidays
- Requires strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Have a desire to exceed expectations
- An energetic personality
