Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on a variety of topics.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Customer Service with Spanish
- Candidate should have an associate or bachelor’s Degree
