Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-[“Ticket Analysis”, “Troubleshooting” ,”Track System Issues ",”Telecom Domain” ] .
- A Senior System Analyst with telecom eCommerce domain experience, strong troubleshooting skills, QA mindset, and excellent communication.
- 10 years of experience in System Analysis preferably with a background in Quality Engineering
- Exceptional communication & email etiquette required for executive interaction.
- Work independently to manage tasks, scope and completes the ticket analysis within the defined SLAs
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Identify, document, report and formally track system issues and defects
- Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting to resolve reported system issues.
- eCommerce business systems and workflows is mandatory.
