- When a client is looking for a resource with CGI-ACAPS, BureauLink, Strata, and Docugen skillset, they are seeking someone experienced in working with a specific set of tools and platforms commonly used in the insurance and financial services domain, especially in policy administration systems.
- CGI-ACAPS
- ACAPS (Automated Claim and Policy System) is a legacy policy administration system by CGI.
- It's used by life insurance companies for policy processing, underwriting, and servicing.
- Skills needed:
- Experience in policy life cycle management.
- Understanding of life insurance products.
- Familiarity with ACAPS internal workflows and integrations.
- BureauLink
- A tool used to manage rate, rule, and form updates from insurance bureaus (like ISO or NCCI).
- Helps carriers ensure regulatory compliance and integrate updates into core policy systems.
- Understanding of regulatory content integration.
- Experience working with ISO/NCCI updates.
