Pay Range: $40 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Reference Data & Security Master Management, Eagle, Bloomberg, Charles River, and Golden Source, SQL & Excel Proficiency, Financial Instruments Knowledge, Data Quality & Reconciliation
- Reference Data & Security Master Management:
- Hands-on experience with security setup, enrichment, and maintenance across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Structured Products).
- Data validation and reconciliation between systems like Eagle, Bloomberg, Charles River (CRD), and Golden Source.
- Data Management Tools & Platforms:
- Strong working knowledge of Eagle (PACE, STAR, Data Management).
- Experience using Bloomberg (AIM, PORT) and Charles River (CRD) for data sourcing, trade enablement, and exception resolution.
- Database & Reporting Skills:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, VBA macros) for reporting and process automation.
- Financial Instruments & Market Data:
- Understanding of key financial instruments — equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and funds.
- Familiarity with market data sources such as Bloomberg BPIPE, Refinitiv, Markit, etc.
- Data Quality & Governance:
- Experience in data quality checks, exception handling, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Process & Operations Support:
- Exposure to front, middle, or back-office support environments within investment or asset management setups.
- Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Reference Data, Security Master, or Investment Data Management roles.

- Master Data Management (MDM) Tools:
- Familiarity with Golden Source or similar MDM platforms for reference data centralization.
- Data Workflow & Integration:
- Understanding of data feeds, static data integration, and automated reconciliation processes.
- Change Management / UAT:
- Experience participating in user acceptance testing, production deployment validation, or system migrations.
