Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner.
- Coordinate transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines.
- Verify, allocate and reconcile auction proceeds to appropriate accounts.
- Prepare and send deficiency accounting letters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and other departments to effectively complete the remarketing process.
- Compile reports and statistical data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Vehicle, Auction, Customer
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in financial services or a similar industry
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business or related field may be used as a proxy for experience
- Strong familiarity and comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to perform clerical, administrative, and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Independent and critical thinking with great attention to detail
