Pay Range: $43 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Looking for 8-10 yrs experience candidate
- With Playwright Automation and AI experience
- Candidate must be hands-on and also mentor other people, not looking for a lead, though
- Hands-on experience as an SDET with Playwright or Cypress for test automation
- Experience with OpenText Exstream (Xpression) testing for forms and document solutions
- Familiarity with batch processing, workflows, and output validation
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Exposure to AI-driven QA practices (e.g., intelligent test generation, predictive defect analysis, self-healing scripts) and ability to work in AI-first delivery environments
- Experience leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve automation productivity and code quality
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices with active participation in ceremonies
- Experience working with vendor teams and managing quality deliverables
- Domain knowledge in Insurance and understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
