Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence for processing
- Scan and image incoming paper documents
- Record and track required document information
- File and organize imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and other documents appropriately
- Process and mail correspondence related to submission errors
- Maintain accurate processing records and documentation
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Assist team members in other areas as business needs require
- Support daily mailroom operations in a fast-paced production environment
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Ability to work in a production-focused environment
- Ability to perform repetitive processing tasks while meeting deadlines
- Ability to lift and move totes weighing approximately 35 40 pounds
