Key Responsibilities:
- The role is for production support for a top client in the IT industry. Candidate is expected to be on shift during weekdays and some of the weekends.
- Since the project is on-prem, this team handles all the operational and maintenance activities.
- This gives an edge to the candidate to be involved in other technologies like Unix and SQL, unlike the industry standard projects.
- Also, the tool and its implementation is customised by the client, which also gives the candidate a very good scope for learning service now.
- Although it is production support, this team handles code fixes and minor enhancements, which is an edge over other implementations.
- Skills-Service Now, Unix, Oracle SQL
- Service Now : 5-8 years
- Unix : 3-5 years
- Oracle SQL : 5-8 years
- Service now certified system administrator is a mandatory certification. Other micro certifications in HRSD/ITSM/CSDM could be beneficial
