Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
- 20-40 hours per week
- Lead the design and execution of Performance Process, including the Year-End Cycle.
- This role partners closely with cross functional partners, HR Business Partners, people leaders, and other key stakeholders to define to process, establish timelines and guidance, and develop content.
- The role is responsible for developing communications, training materials, and supporting resources to enable people leaders to effectively participate in the Year End process.
- The candidate needs to be detail oriented as they will manage the end-to-end process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: - Performance Management, Project management & HR processes.
- Manage the end-to-end process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
- Participate in the Year End process and workday experience.
- organization, attention to detail, communication, Performance Management, Project management & HR processes
- BA Degree: Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Excel
- WorkDay experience preferred
