Pay Range: $50 - $55 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant with strong end-to-end experience across all HR modules to support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Support and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, OTL, Payroll, OAB, SSHR, and iRecruitment
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
- Handle testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-go-live support
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations
- Resolve production issues and drive process improvements
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Oracle, HRMS, SSHR, Payroll, Core HR, EB
- Hands-on experience with all Oracle EBS HRMS modules
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in implementations and support projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
