Pay Range: $17.02 - $21.56/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment
- Maintain copier and printer functionality, performing routine inspections and troubleshooting
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents with the utmost care
- Provide excellent customer service to legal staff and clients
- Assist with hospitality, print/copy/scan tasks, and maintain mail stops
- Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies
- Deliver completed jobs to designated locations within and outside the site
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 1 years experience in the Legal Industry is strongly desired
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, and office equipment
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Related copy job experience
- Basic electronics knowledge
